The production of our finished products starts with the arrival of cooled carcass beef and pork at the boning workshop. Thereafter, the meat feedstock is forwarded to the deli-meat workshop and sausage-production workshop. All of our products are made using state-of-the-art imported and domestic equipment. After forming, all of the products proceed to heat treatment, from where the finished products are transported to the packing department. The packing and cutting of our products is performed on a modern vacuum line. Finally, the products are transferred to the warehouse for further shipment to our customers.
The fact that we have our own fleet of trucks and a network of reliable partners lets us make prompt deliveries of fresh products to all of our customers on a daily basis.
